SALON POLICIES.
Our aim is always to exceed your expectations. We continuously strive to deliver the highest level of service, using the very best products to create the perfect salon experience for you.
To help us maintain this standard and protect our diary, we have the following policies in place.
CANCELLATIONS
If you can’t make your appointment for any reason we require a minimum of 24hours notice, otherwise 100% of the cost of your appointment will be charged.
NO SHOWS
If you fail to attend your appointment for any reason, the full cost of the missed appointment will be required before any future bookings can be made. If we hold a securely stored card on your profile, this payment may be taken from that card.
DEPOSITS
We require a 100% deposit for all treatments for your first 3 visits to So… to secure your appointment.
